You choose. The Independent plan lets you host it yourself on an eligible free platform. Our Hosted, Managed and Premium plans include managed hosting, SSL, a CDN, monitoring and backups.
Managed and Premium plans include software maintenance and a set amount of monthly support time for troubleshooting, content changes and small improvements. Time does not roll over.
You supply your content in French or English. During the limited-time offer, we translate and implement the other language, and you approve it before publication.
It depends on scope and how quickly content is ready. We give you an estimated timeline in the written proposal, before work begins.
Third-party charges such as domain names, premium licences, transaction fees and paid infrastructure are separate. Copywriting, complex migrations and product entry may be quoted separately.
You can leave at any time, with no cancellation fee. You own your site, accounts, domain and code, and we give you a complete copy of the codebase.
