How it is used and delivered

We use your details only to respond to your inquiry. The form sends an email notification to our team. We do not intentionally store inquiries in a database, and we do not log the contents of your message.

Infrastructure and providers

This website runs on Cloudflare. Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the form from abuse, and Cloudflare Web Analytics gives us privacy-conscious, aggregate traffic statistics without advertising trackers. Email is delivered through our email provider.

These providers may process information outside Québec and Canada. Our providers, and any independent specialists who help us, may handle information as needed to deliver their service.

Please do not send confidential medical, legal, financial, account or password information through this website.

We do not sell personal information.

Retention, access and deletion

We keep inquiry emails only as long as needed to respond and to manage our business relationship. You may ask to access, correct or delete your information by contacting the person responsible for the protection of personal information, listed below.
